Ingredients
- 4 x Green onions, chopped
- 1 x Lemon, zest and juice
- 1/3 c. Extra virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Oranges
- 1/2 x Jalapeno chile pepper, chopped
- 6 sprg basil or possibly mint, minced
- 1 lb Asparagus, steamed
Directions
- CITRUS: 1 lemon: grate the peel, zest only; squeeze for juice. 2 oranges: grated zest; peel and finely dice the sections.
- Mix all ingredients together and use over a bunch of asparagus to feed 4 to 6.
