Ingredients
- 2 x 3 oz pack Oriental noodles
- 1/2 c. sesame seeds
- 1 x 2 oz pack slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 head Napa cabbage minced
- 5 x green onion minced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Crush and saute/fry noodles in butter with sesame seeds and almonds till brown; remove from pan and chill. Combine cabbage and green onion in serving bowl. Blend oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce and salt. Toss all ingredients just prior to serving. May store noodle, sesame seed, and almond mix in refrigerator for several days.
