Ingredients
- 2 tsp White-wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced scallion
- 1/2 tsp Caraway seeds, minced fine
- 3 c. Thinly sliced Napa cabbage
Directions
- In a bowl whisk together vinegar, oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Add in scallion, caraway, and cabbage and toss well.
