Ingredients
- 4 x Large eggs slightly beaten
- 2 c. Canned pumpkin
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Dark corn syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Unbaked 9" pie shell
- 1 c. Pecans minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except pecans. Pour into pie shell. Top with pecans. Bake at 350 for 40 min or possibly till set.
