  • 1 pkt (5z) au gratin potatoes
  • 1 can (11oz) whole kernel corn, liquid removed
  • 1 can (10z) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. cubed cheese

Directions

  1. In saucepan, combine the contents of the potato package (sauce also), corn, tomatoes, and water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15-18 min. Add in lowfat milk and cheese. Cook and stir till the cheese is melted.
  2. Yield: 6-8 servings.
