Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. pioneer country gravy mix
- 2 c. water
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and diced green chilies (1/2 can)
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
Directions
- Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil. In separate bowl, mix with fork remaining water and gravy mix till bump free. Pour gravy mix into boiling water and whisk vigorously till thickened. Remove from heat.In a crockpot, pour gravy mix and 1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chilies. Add in cheese (cut into 1 inch squares). Heat till cheese melts. Serve.
