Ingredients

  • 300 ml Dosa batter
  •     Oil or possibly ghee
  • 2 Tbsp. Mysore chutney, (30 g)
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter, (15 g)

Directions

  1. HEAT and grease a non stick tawa or possibly a dosa plate. Pour on 75 ml dosa batter. Mix a little Mysore chutney and butter. Spread it over the dosa.
  2. Fold the dosa in a triangular shape and serve warm with chutney and sambhar.
