Ingredients
- 4 x Pork chops, loin or possibly shoulder
- 30 ounce Beans in tomato sauce
- 1 med Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsp. Ketchup
Directions
- Brown chops lightly. Mix beans and remaining ingredients. Place in a 9 inch square pan or possibly casserole. Top with chops and bake 1 - 1 1/2 hrs at 350 F.
