STRAIN AND Throw away SOLIDS. RETURN LIQUID TO SAUCEPAN. Add in REMAINING INGREDIENTS. STIR OVER MEDIUM HEAT Till BUTTER MELTS. SIMMER 5 Min LONGER. SERVE Hot. Chill UNUSED SAUCE UP TO SEVERAL WEEKS.
