Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and diced (don’t have to be cut particularly small)
  • 2 zucchinis, peeled and sliced (don’t have to be sliced thin)
  • 1 onion, chopped (doesn’t have to be cut up small)
  • 3 cups water, mixed with 2 Tbsp chicken broth (or, hey, make this fleishik if you have a hand blender and use real chicken soup!)
  • salt and pepper to taste (preferably white pepper, if you have it) How to make it:
