My Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 x Roast, trimmed, browned and liquid removed, 4-5 lb.
  • 2 sm Pearl onion, peeled and, cut in half
  • 6 med Baking potatoes, peeled and, cut in quarters
  • 5 med Carrots, washed and, cut in 2 pcs
  • 1 x Bullion cube
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Water
  •     Garlic salt
  • 1 can (8 ounce) mushrooms

Directions

  1. 1. Brown roast, place on rack in crock pot.
  2. 2. sprinkle with garlic salt.
  3. 3. add in 1/4 water around roast
  4. 4. add in bullion cube
  5. 5 place vegatables around the roast.
  6. 6. mix the can of soup with one can of water, add in the 8oz can of mushrooms, mix..pour around the roast and over the vegatables.
  7. 7. place lid on and cook until folk tender about 6-8 hrs.
