Ingredients
- 1 c. White sugar
- 1 c. Dark brown sugar
- 1 c. Buttered-flavored Crisco
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Crunchy Jif peanut butter, (or possibly creamy can be used)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Unbleached white flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
Directions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees. Sift flour and soda together and set aside.
- Blend sugars and shortening together in mixer. Add in peanut butter. Mix well.
- Blend in Large eggs and vanilla. Add in flour and soda. Mix well. Form into small balls and put on greased cookie sheet. Press each ball with a fork to make indentations in the dough. Bake approx.
- 10 min. My kids loved them!
