- Meat Curry Powder - 1/2 tblsp
- Oil - 1 1/2 tblsp
- Cinnamon - 1 one inch stick
- Cardamoms - 5
- Cloves - 3
- Onion - 1, finely sliced
- Curry Leaves - handful
- Coriander Leaves - handful, chopped
- For the masala:
- Tomatoes - 2, small
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Green Chillies - 2
- Ginger - 1/2 inch piece, peeled
- Garlic - 5 cloves, peeled
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tblsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1/2 tblsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Mint Leaves - few
