Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 lb Paneer
- 1 x Onion sliced
- 1 tsp Ginger pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Cumin pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 c. Frzn peas
- 2 x Tomatoes minced
Directions
- Heat oil in a skillet ,add in panir and fry until brown. Remove from the pan and drain in kitchen towels. Add in onions to the pan and fry till soft. Add in the spices and salt and fry for 3 minutes,stirring constantly.
- Add in the peas and tomatoes and stir gently till peas are coated with the spice mix. stir in the panir and heat through, taking care not to break up the panir cubes. Serve warm.
