Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
- 2 x Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 1 x Chopped Onion
- 1/2 c. Catsup
- 1/3 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 pch Salt
Directions
- Combine ingredients and set aside. Grill meat (don't add in anything).
- During the last 4-10 min baste with this sauce. Boil the remaining sauce and spoon 2 Tablespoons's onto each plate, adding the meat portion.
