Directions

  1. 1.Wash delicate the mushrooms,and cut them in thin slices.
  2. 2.Wash,peel and chop the onion and mild pepper.
  3. 3.Heat the oil and stew in it onion,pepper and mushrooms,add beef broth and boil till the liquid diminish.
  4. (some people make this stew with an mixture of milk and flour,called ,,roasted flour,but,I prefer to make it with beef broth or tomato juice).
  5. Serve the stew near polenta.
