Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lb Mushrooms
- 3 clv garlic
- 1 tsp Basil
- 6 ounce Cream cheese
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 12 ounce Pasta
Directions
- Heat butter in 10-12 inch frying pan over medium high heat. Add in mushrooms, garlic and basil; stir often till all liquid has evaporated and mushrooms begin to brown, 10-12 min. Add in cream cheese and lowfat milk; stir till cheese melts and sauce begins to boil gently.
