Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Crushed vanilla wafers
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 8 ounce Package cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Recipe Mulberry sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine vanilla wafers and butter.
- Divide mix among muffin c.. Press onto bottom to create a hard and even crust. In mixer bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla till well combined. Add in Large eggs, beat till combined. Stir in lowfat milk. Divide mix among muffin c.. Bake about 20 min cold refrigerate20 min before spooning Mulberry sauce on them.
- Mulberry Sauce: In blender combine 1-1/2 c. loose packed Mulberries, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon juice, and 1 tsp. Mulberry liqueur.
