Ingredients

  • 250 Gr. Farina
  • 12 Gr. Lievito
  • 1 Cucch. Zucchero
  • 1 Uovo
  • 1 Tuorlo D'uovo
  • 50 Gr. Burro Fuso
  • Sale
  • 3 Cucch. Latte

Directions

  1. Formare una fontana con la farina, il lievito e un pizzico di sale, versarvi al centro le uova fresche sbattute e girare con cura per non formare grumi.
  2. Se la pasta fosse troppo soda aggiungere il latte.
  3. Infine unire il burro e mescolare.
  4. Distribuire il composto in 12-15 formine imburrate e infarinate e mettere in forno già caldo a 200 gradi finché i muffin saranno gonfi e colorati.
