Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 c. unbleached flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 c. quick cooking oats
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add in egg, then water and vanilla. Sift flour with cinnamon and add in. Fold in oatmeal. Drop on greased cookie sheet by large Tbsp.. Cook for 15-17 min at 350 degrees.
