Ingredients
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- Lettuce
- Black olives
- Green peppers
- Onions
- Cheese
- Tomatoes
- Salsa sauce - mild or possibly warm
- Lg. corn chips
Directions
- First layer: Refried beans.
- Second layer: 1 pint lowfat sour cream mixed with 1 package taco seasoning mix.
- The rest depends on what you want on it: lettuce, peppers, olives, etc.
- Top with shredded cheese and salsa sauce. Serve with corn chips. Layer this on a cookie sheet with a 1 inch side or possibly a shallow sided dish so it holds the first layers good and it's easy to get at when dipping your chips.
