Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1-2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions
- Blend all ingredients with a mixer. Pour into the pie shell and bake 50 min at 350 degrees. (Not a deep dish pie.)
