Ingredients
- 2 lbs. thinly sliced skinless chicken breast
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Pepper
- Bread crumbs
- butter
Directions
- Mix the egg, lowfat milk, and pepper together. Dip the chicken pcs into the egg mix. Then dip the chicken into the bread crumbs till coated.
- In a large skillet, brown the chicken on both sides in butter. Place in a large shallow baking pan. Do not crowd. Cover the pan with foil. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
- Matt and Katie's grandmother Dee Kraus developed this recipe. It is a favorite which has been in our family for over 45 years.
