  • 2 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles (or 1 tablespoon dried dill weed)
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 salmon filet, enough for 4 servings, about 3 pounds
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for one hour
