Ingredients
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Scald lowfat milk in top of double boiler. Combine sugar, cornstarch and add in slowly to lowfat milk. Stir and cook 5 min. Add in beaten egg yolks very slowly. Cook and stir 10 min more. Remove and add in vanilla. Serve chilled over fruit or possibly cake.
