Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. orange marmalade
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (or possibly dry)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pcs chicken
Directions
- 1. In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Add in chicken and marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.
- 2. Broil 15-20 min for each side of chicken (total 30-40 min). Summer: Cook outdoors over grill.
