Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine with first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Make well in center. Add in all other ingredients in order listed into well in dry ingredients.
- Mix and stir just to moisten. Coat 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Spoon batter in pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or possibly till tests done.
