  • 1 tablespoon amaretto
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 4 cups confectioner's sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Moonshine Cherry Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cherry extract
  • 20 moonshine cherries for topping
  • 10 moonshine cherries chopped finely
