Ingredients
- 2 lb Lean beef, minced small
- 1 c. Soy sauce, more as needed
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 x Onion, minced small
- 2 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar
Directions
- Slice beef thinly cross-grain (it will slice more easily if partially frzn). Vary marinade ingredients to taste.
- Place beef strips in a shallow glass container or possibly a ziploc bag along with marinade ingredients. Marinate overnight to 2 days, stirring occasionally or possibly turning bag to mix.
- Thread beef on to wooden skewers and cook over very warm charcoal.
- Serve while still warm with rice and oriental vegetables, or possibly just as an hors d'ourve.
