1 lb bunch spinach, stemmed
3 med ripe tomatoes
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. pine nuts

Â Â extra virgin olive oil for the pasta

Directions

Place garlic, basil, parsley and spinach in a blender; work into a uniform paste. Add in tomatoes; process just a few seconds longer. Transfer to a bowl and stir in parmesan, salt and nuts. Serve at room temperature with warm pasta with the extra virgin olive oil.
