Directions

  1. Beat the Large eggs and add in sugar, salt and spices. Combine with lowfat sour cream and raisins. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 min then, turn down oven and bake 25 min at 350 degrees.
  2. Can top with whipped cream when cold to serve or possibly top with meringue.
