Ingredients
- 2 pound grnd turkey
- 1 pound grnd pork sausage, mild or possibly warm
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 med. onion, grated
- 1 green pepper, grated
- 1/4 c. hickory smoked BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp. powdered onion
- Salt & pepper
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Shape into loaf pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 1/2 hour. Top with sauce and continue to bake at 250 degrees for 30 min or possibly till done.
