Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. frzn cheese tortellini
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced ham, cut into squares
  • 1 pound frzn peas, steamed (undercook)
  • Fresh basil (opt.)

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini 8 to 10 min in salted water. Pour a few Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil over pasta and toss. Mix dressing. Combine pasta, ham and peas. Pour in 1/2 of the dressing and toss. Add in fresh minced basil. Chill. Before serving add in rest of dressing and toss. Top with parsley.
