Directions

  1. Cook giblets in water till soft. Chop celery, onion and giblets in blender. (Save water from cooked giblets.) In a bowl combine giblet mix and remaining ingredients. Moisten with water from cooked giblets to desired moisture. Stuff and cook bird as directed.
