Ingredients
- 8 slices stale bread
- Celery, 2 stalks
- Onion, 1 large
- Giblets from bird
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper
- 10 unsalted crackers
- Poultry seasoning
- 1 egg
Directions
- Cook giblets in water till soft. Chop celery, onion and giblets in blender. (Save water from cooked giblets.) In a bowl combine giblet mix and remaining ingredients. Moisten with water from cooked giblets to desired moisture. Stuff and cook bird as directed.
