Ingredients
- 1 pkt frzn hashbrowns (32 ounce) thawed and liquid removed
- 1 pt whipping cream
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 2 c. grated shredded cheese
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Put hash browns in a greased baking dish. Salt and pepper. Pour on whipped cream. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
