Ingredients
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix oil, molasses, Large eggs and sugar. Sift all dry ingredients into above mix; blend thoroughly. Refrigeratedough at least 1 hour. Roll into balls about 1 tsp.. Then roll each in granulated sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet about 10 min. Don't overbake. Oven setting 375 degrees.
