  1. In a large bowl, beat Large eggs. Add in lowfat milk, saltines, onion, salt, sage and pepper. Add in beef and mix well. Shape into an 8 1/2x4 1/2 -inch loaf in an ungreased shallow baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients; spread 3/4 c. over meat loaf. Bake at 350 for 60-65 min or possibly till no pink remains; drain. Let stand for 10 min before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.
