Ingredients
- 4 lb Pork Loin
- Â Â Pork Rub
- 1/2 c. Soy sauce, dark
- 1/2 c. Sherry, dry
- 3 clv garlic, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Thyme
Directions
- Rub loin or possibly roast with your favorite pork rub.
- Combine all remaining ingredients.
- Marinate roast overnight.
- Cook roast at 325 for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
- Baste often with marinade.
