- 2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Minced dates
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Raisins BROWN BREAD:
- 1 pkt Mix
- 2 c. Uttermilk
- 1/2 c. Molasses
Directions
- Mix: Combine all ingredients till well blended. Store in an airtight container.
- Mom's Heirloom Brown Bread: Preheat oven to 350 and grease loaf pan.
- Combine all ingredients, let stand 1/2 hour. Pour into loaf pan and bake 45-50 min.
