  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 pkg. plain gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. mixed minced vegetables including celery, green pepper, onion, pimento
  • 1 c. mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Heat soup to boiling. Add in cream cheese and let heat.
  2. Add in gelatin dissolved in water. Add in minced vegetables. Pour into mold rinsed in water.
  3. For a delicious luncheon dish add in 1 c. shrimp, or possibly cooked minced chicken, or possibly crabmeat. Or possibly put in a ring mold and fill center with a salad of one of the above.
