Directions

  1. Heat 2 c. of water boiling and dissolve Jello. Refrigeratetill slightly thick. Add in undrained pineapple and cottage cheese. Pour into 1 1/2 qt mold. Chill.
  2. For added flavor and texture add in 1 c. mandarin oranges or possibly red or possibly green grapes.
