Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. fruit Jello
- 1 (20 ounce.) can pineapple
- 1 c. cottage cheese or possibly lowfat sour cream
Directions
- Heat 2 c. of water boiling and dissolve Jello. Refrigeratetill slightly thick. Add in undrained pineapple and cottage cheese. Pour into 1 1/2 qt mold. Chill.
- For added flavor and texture add in 1 c. mandarin oranges or possibly red or possibly green grapes.
