Ingredients
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 (16 ounce.) Harvard beets, undrained
Directions
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add in onion and horseradish; chill. Mix in beets and liquid and diced celery. Pour into mold and refrigeratetill hard. If desired, decorate with lowfat sour cream.
