  • 3/4 c. diced celery
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 2 teaspoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 (16 ounce.) Harvard beets, undrained

Directions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add in onion and horseradish; chill. Mix in beets and liquid and diced celery. Pour into mold and refrigeratetill hard. If desired, decorate with lowfat sour cream.
