Ingredients
- 1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cool water
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice or possibly vinegar
- 1 tbsp. diced onion
- 1 tbsp. green pepper, diced
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. cucumber, diced
Directions
- Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in cool water, lemon juice and stir well. When it begins to thicken add in vegetables and mold.
