Ingredients
- 3 ounce. pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
- 1 c. minced almonds, pecans or possibly walnuts
- 1 c. grated coconut
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mandarine oranges, liquid removed
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in pineapple and sugar. Cold. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into mold that has been sprayed with Pam.
