Ingredients
- 8 slices old bread (cubed) or possibly 6 c. cool biscuits (crumbled)
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tbsp. butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 3 tbsp. molasses (thick)
- 2 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place bread cubes or possibly crumbs in a well greased baking dish. Beat the Large eggs, sugar, molasses and salt together then add in lowfat milk and butter. Pour this mix over the bread.
