Mojo-Cuban Citrus Garlic Sauce.

|
If you can't find sour orange use a combination of lime and orange juice.
|

Slice the garlic thinly crosswise.
|
|
|
Brown on medium heat until golden being careful not to burn.
|
|
|
Add all remaining ingredients except the cilantro.
|
|
|
Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and cool completely.
|
|
|
When cool emulsify in a blender. Add minced cilantro and serve.
