Directions

  1. Heat butter. Add in minced liver and heart; cook about 5 min. Then add in onions and celery. Cover pan and steam about 15 min or possibly till vegetables are tender, not brown. Sprinkle toasted bread with cool water (lightly). Pour meat-vegetable mix over bread. Add in poultry seasoning, salt, pepper and parsley. Toss. Add in beaten Large eggs and mix. If mix is too dry, add in a little water. Pack lightly into bird. Do not overcrowd stuffing in cavity.
