Ingredients
- 3 well beaten Large eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 3/4 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Combine Large eggs, raisins, and vanilla and let stand 1 hour covered with plastic wrap.
- Cream butter and sugars, add in flour, salt, cinnamon, and soda. Mix well. Blend in egg mix, oatmeal, and nuts.
- Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min or possibly till lightly browned.
