Modified Ollie Gates Bbq Sauce Recipe

• 1 c. Hunt's ketchup, (don't substitute)
• 1/3 c. Apple juice
• 1 1/2 ounce Apple cider vinegar
• 1/2 ounce Lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp. (heaping) Golden brown Delicious applesauce
• 1 Tbsp. Sweet butter
• 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 Tbsp. Tamari Soy sauce
• 2 tsp Yellow mustard, (diluted)
• 1 tsp (heaping) pureed carrots (baby food)
• 1/4 tsp Liquid smoke
• 2 Tbsp. Dark brown sugar
• 2 tsp Seasoning salt
• 1/2 tsp Coarse black pepper
• 1/4 tsp Celery seed
• 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
• 1/4 tsp Roasted garlic pwdr
• 1/4 tsp Mexican oregano
• 1/4 tsp Ancho chili pwdr
• 1/8 tsp Red pepper, (1/4 if desired it warm)
