Ingredients
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 112 c. flour
- 1 x 112 c. water
- 3 x egg yolks
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 x 112 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1 dsh cayenne pepper
- 1 c. salad oil
Directions
- Blend sugar, flour and water in saucepan. Boil FOR 1 minute. In blender, put egg yolks, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, dry mustard and cayenne pepper.
- Blend well. Slowly add in warm mix and blend well, but don't over-blend.
- Slowly add in salad oil and blend till smooth. Mix will be thick. Store in refrigerator. Use as you would mayonnaise.
